Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Bhavi Global, we are committed to delivering high-quality professional education and a seamless webinar experience. Please review our refund, cancellation, and substitution policies carefully before registering for any live or on-demand event.

1. Live Webinar Cancellation Policy

Participants may request cancellation of a live webinar registration up to 36 hours before the scheduled webinar start time.

  • Approved cancellations are eligible for a refund, less a $10 administrative processing fee.

  • Cancellation requests submitted within 24 hours of the webinar start time are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

  • Requests made between 24 and 36 hours prior to the event will be reviewed at Bhavi Global’s discretion.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to hello@bhaviglobal.com.

2. Registration Substitution Policy

If a registered participant is unable to attend a live webinar, the registration may be transferred under one of the following options:

  • Participant Substitution: Transfer registration to another individual within the same organization or network.

  • Session Transfer: Apply the registration fee toward another upcoming Bhavi Global webinar of equal value.

Important Notes:

  • Substitutions are provided at no additional charge, subject to prior notification and approval.

  • Requests for substitution or transfer must be submitted before the webinar start time.

  • Bhavi Global reserves the right to approve or deny substitution requests in exceptional circumstances.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds, cancellations, or substitutions will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to attend a scheduled live webinar (“no-show”).

  • Failure to access webinar communications due to participant-side technical or email delivery issues, including spam filtering, blocked domains, or incorrect email address submission.

  • Failure to report login credential issues at least 24 hours prior to the event.

  • Purchase of any on-demand webinar, pre-recorded session, downloadable file, or digital educational content.

  • Failure to meet system or technical requirements needed to access the webinar platform.

4. Webinar Cancellation by Bhavi Global

If Bhavi Global cancels a webinar due to technical issues, speaker unavailability, or unforeseen operational circumstances, registered participants will be offered one of the following options:

  • A full refund, or

  • A credit transfer toward a future webinar of equal value.

5. Digital Products & Downloadable Content

All purchases of digital products—including recorded webinars, downloadable materials, templates, PDFs, and other electronic content—are final sale and non-refundable once access has been delivered.
